Release 7.1 of the OnePlace Solutions suite of products further extends the enriched document management and email management capabilities of OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs.

OnePlaceLive

OnePlaceLive has been enhanced to surface content within Solution Profiles (for on-premise & Office 365) using Office Graph technology.  These profiles can now encompass both content and locations, delivering SharePoint solutions to business users in a consistent, personalized, and easy to use manner, irrespective of the physical information architecture of your SharePoint/Office 365 solutions and environment.

Transform the way end users work with business solutions delivered on SharePoint and Office 365.

  • Added new item type for delivering content based on SharePoint/Office 365 search.
  • Added new item type for delivering content based on Office Graph (insights). Apply further search query refinements to Office Graph to both scope and filter the content.
  • Extended Location Search and Central Register items to allow prompt for properties setting that apply to recent locations created from these items.

How to improve email communication through OnePlaceMail’s email tracking service

Email communication is still one of the most widely used tools in business, with 86 percent of professionals preferring it over other methods, such as instant messaging (IM) platforms and voice and video conferencing tools. Projected figures anticipated that the total daily email traffic—sent and received—would grow to a staggering 347 billion by the end of 2023. However, this ubiquity introduces significant challenges, particularly in maintaining compliance and managing critical business information.
