Solution

Solution 1:

The Outlook process was already running (in memory) when you started Outlook.  Please perform the following (or alternatively, restart your computer) to confirm if this is the case.

  • Close Outlook
  • Select Ctrl-Alt-Del and go to the Task Manager
  • Select the 'Processes' tab and see if a process called 'Outlook' is listed.  If it is, select the process and hit 'End Process'
  • Restart Outlook

Solution 2:

If the OnePlaceMail Add-In has encountered a problem Outlook may mark it as Inactive and Outlook will not attempt to load it from then on.

In Outlook 2010 you can access the "Inactive Items"
