KB0039 - Files saved to a SharePoint 2010 'Drop off Library' using OnePlaceMail are not processed immediately by 'Content Organizer' rules whereas if a file is uploaded in the SharePoint 2010 UI it is processed immediately.

You are using OnePlaceMail to save files to a SharePoint 2010 'Drop Off Library'. The library has been configured with 'Content Organizer rules' to route files. For example, a rule has been configured to route files to an appropriate library destination based on the content type of the file once it is saved to the "Drop Off Library"
