KB0139 - Preview not available for Office365

When trying to preview MSG, EML, BMP, GIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, JPEG file types using OnePlaceMail & OnePlaceDocs, you get the following error.

When trying to open a PDF via OnePlaceMail & OnePlaceDocs, you receive the following error.

Issue:

Applies to : Office 365, OnePlace Solutions Release 6.6,7.0,7.1,7.2 & 7.3
